Evaluation

Evaluation and quality improvement are integral to the work we do at Eastern Health. The Evaluation Division supports managers and health-care providers by measuring the impact of programs and services and, in turn, helps organizational leadership make informed decisions about how to deliver more effective care. The team supplies information and conducts analyses that enable clinicians to track the sustainability and effectiveness of particular programs, and to build the case for change when this is warranted.
