A culture of innovation is an organizational atmosphere that encourages all employees to be creative in their daily work and provides them with the opportunities to do so. It is about responsible experimentation and trying to solve problems in new ways while knowing when to self-correct as soon as reasonably possible.

To support a culture of innovation, we work towards modernizing policy to enable the growth of innovation within the organization.
